Read in SwedishThese Terms of Use (the "Terms") form an agreement between you as a user ("you" or "User") and RNSTRM Solutions AB, Swedish company registration no. 559578-0536 ("Hoopio Lab", "we", "us"), for the use of Hoopio Lab, the app, the website hoopiolab.se, and the coach and club portal (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, activating a licence, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms.
Governing language: This English version is provided for convenience. If the Swedish version and this English version differ, the Swedish version applies to the extent permitted by law.

1. Parties and definitions
The Service is provided by RNSTRM Solutions AB, Stjärngatan 37, 195 58 Märsta, Sverige. In these Terms:
- User means an individual using the Service with or without an account.
- Consumer means a User acting outside business or professional activity.
- Coach/club means a coach, association, or organisation using a coach or club licence.
- Premium means paid functionality requiring an active subscription or licence.
- Content means exercises, programs, text, design, and other material in the Service.
2. The Service
Hoopio Lab provides personalised physical training programs for basketball players and tools for coaches and clubs to build programs, share them with teams, and follow player progress. The Content is general training and exercise guidance. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a healthcare service.
3. Account and eligibility
- Some parts of the Service can be used without an account. Personal programs, saved history, and coach/club features require an account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for protecting your login details and for activity on your account.
- Your account is personal and may not be transferred without our consent.
4. Minors and guardians
You must be at least 13 years old to create your own account. For children under 13, the account may only be created and managed by a guardian, who is responsible for the child's use and consents to the processing of the child's data as described in our Privacy Policy. Guardians are responsible for ensuring that a child's training is appropriate and supervised.
5. Licence to use the Service
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own use, or within the scope of a coach/club licence, in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
6. Subscriptions, prices, and payment
- Parts of the Service are free. Premium features require an active subscription or licence.
- Current prices are shown in the app, on hoopiolab.se, or in the coach/club portal before purchase.
- In-app purchases are handled by Apple App Store. Payment, renewal, and cancellation are handled under Apple's rules and device account settings.
- Coach/club licences can be purchased through Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period remains available until it ends.
- We may change prices. Price changes for recurring subscriptions are notified in advance and apply from the next renewal.
7. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal under Swedish distance sales law. Digital content and digital services are delivered immediately. By starting to use paid digital functionality during the withdrawal period, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be lost once the service has been fully performed. App Store purchases are refunded under Apple's rules. Coach/club licences are refunded under the applicable licence agreement and mandatory law.
8. Specific terms for coaches and clubs
- A coach/club licence allows authorised coaches to build programs, create teams, invite players, and follow completed training within the licence.
- You are responsible for having the right to invite and manage players, including necessary consents from players and, for minors, their guardians.
- When a coach/club determines why and how player data is processed, the coach/club is the controller and RNSTRM Solutions AB is the processor. Our Data Processing Agreement applies.
- You may not use player data for purposes other than training follow-up within the Service.
9. User content
You retain your rights to content you create in the Service, such as custom programs or team names. You grant us a non-exclusive right to store, display, and process that content as needed to provide the Service to you and to those with whom you share it. You are responsible for ensuring that your content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.
10. Health, safety, and disclaimer
Important: Hoopio Lab is a training and exercise tool, not a medical service. It does not replace professional medical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Consult a doctor or qualified healthcare professional before starting a program, especially if you have an injury, illness, pregnancy, pain, or health concern.
- Train within your abilities. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort and seek medical care when needed.
- You train at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, RNSTRM Solutions AB is not liable for injuries caused by training, incorrect performance, or overuse.
- For minors, guardians are responsible for appropriate training and supervision.
11. Acceptable use
You may not:
- copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or Content without written permission;
- circumvent security, access controls, or technical limitations, or scrape data;
- reverse engineer the Service except where mandatory law permits it;
- use the Service unlawfully or in a way that disrupts the Service or other users; or
- provide false information or impersonate another person.
12. Intellectual property
All Content, design, software, and trademarks in Hoopio Lab belong to RNSTRM Solutions AB or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. These Terms do not transfer any rights to you beyond the limited licence in section 5.
13. Third-party services
The Service uses providers such as Apple and Google (login and app distribution), Apple App Store and Stripe (payments), RevenueCat (subscription management), Supabase, and hosting providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change, or remove functionality to improve the Service, for security, or to comply with legal requirements.
15. Warranties and limitation of liability
The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, we disclaim implied warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect loss, consequential loss, or loss of profit to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for personal injury, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.
16. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account or licence if you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes are notified in the app or by email within reasonable time before they take effect. Continued use after the changes take effect means that you accept them.
18. Force majeure and assignment
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms, for example in a restructuring or sale of the business, without reducing your rights.
19. Governing law and disputes
Swedish law applies. Disputes should first be resolved amicably by contacting support@hoopiolab.com. Consumers may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) at arn.se or use the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Non-consumer disputes are decided by Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as first instance.
